The Nuvela app is developed and operated by Nuvela Pty Ltd (NUVELA PTY LTD), Australia. This page explains how to request deletion of your Nuvela worker account, what is deleted, and what information is retained.
How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your own account directly from the Nuvela app:
- Open the Nuvela app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.
This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Once complete, you are signed out and your login no longer works.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your personal profile information held against your login.
Your email address is released, so it is no longer linked to Nuvela and can be used to create a new account in the future.
What is retained, and why
Nuvela is used by NDIS disability service providers, who are legally required to keep accurate records of the care and services they deliver. For this reason, when your login is deleted, the provider organisation you worked with keeps the work records you were part of — for example shift records, progress notes, incident reports, timesheets, pay records, and certifications — with your name retained on those historical records.
These records are retained by the provider for record-keeping, payroll, safeguarding, and NDIS compliance obligations, in line with applicable Australian law and our Privacy Policy. They are no longer connected to an active login you can access.

Please email from the address associated with your account, or include enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days.
